What we process and why
Project enquiries. If you contact us through the form or by email, we process the information you provide — such as name, business email, company, project type, budget range and message — to respond, understand the requested work and decide on an appropriate next step. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.
Site security and reliability. The hosting environment may record technical information such as IP address, request time, browser or device details and requested URL in server logs. This is used for security, abuse prevention, diagnostics and reliable operation on the basis of legitimate interests.
Cookies and local storage
This release does not include analytics, advertising pixels or profiling cookies. The site uses local storage only to remember that you have seen the privacy/cookie notice. Because this storage is used for the site’s basic privacy control rather than tracking, no advertising or analytics consent is requested.
Third-party services
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish human visitors from automated submissions and reduce spam. When you open the contact page, your browser connects to Cloudflare and sends technical information such as your IP address and browser signals for verification. Your enquiry fields are not included in our server-side verification request. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
The site offers a Google Preferred Sources control so visitors can choose to add imperion-tech.com as a preferred source in Google Search. The Google library is loaded only when you activate that control; doing so may send technical request data to Google and is governed by Google’s own privacy terms. External links and email services are governed by the destination provider’s terms and privacy practices.
Recipients and processors
Personal data may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, security and infrastructure, acting under their own obligations or as processors where applicable. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
International transfers
If a service provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, Imperion Tech expects an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism to be used where required, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. The exact infrastructure may depend on the hosting and email services configured for production.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate or manage a potential or active business relationship, comply with legal obligations, or protect legitimate interests. Technical logs are retained according to the active hosting and security configuration. Data that is no longer needed for these purposes should be deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Under applicable data-protection law, you may have rights to request access, correction or erasure of your personal data; restriction of processing; objection to processing based on legitimate interests; and data portability where applicable. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
You may contact info@imperion-tech.com to exercise a right or ask a privacy question. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or another competent supervisory authority.
Automated decision-making
Imperion Tech does not use the information submitted through this website for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

This notice may change when the website, infrastructure or business processes change. Material updates are reflected by changing the revision date above.
